Project Description: The work in general consists of pavement rehabilitation on various streets including grind and asphalt concrete overlay and rubberized cape seal, associated striping and pavement markings, and pedestrian curb ramp replacements. Also included are restriping and signage improvements throughout various locations in the City.

The West Contra Costa Unified School District (“District”) is requesting proposals from qualified persons, firms, partnerships corporations, associations or professional organizations (“Firm(s)”), for master planning services (“Proposal(s)”) related to the planning and construction of additions to existing school sites and modernization/reconstruction/renovation of existing schools, District facilities and new school construction for the next ten (10) years.

The City of Emeryville (“City”) is seeking a qualified Architecture and/or Civil Engineering Design Firm (“Consultant”) to provide project management, Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E), and bidding phase and construction support services for the Horton Street Corporation Yard Project (“Project”). The City invites proposals from qualified firms to provide services, as set forth in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”). Firms submitting proposals must be prepared to immediately enter into a Professional Services Contract (“Contract”) for the services described in this RFP and must be available to the City until project completion.

This project entails planting and maintenance of approximately 125 trees on various streets and Marina Park area in the City of Emeryville. This project generally includes, but is not limited to, preparation of planting areas, purchase and installation (including mulch, staking and pruning) of trees, reconstruction of PCC sidewalks, and watering and maintenance of trees for duration of establishment and maintenance period. See Part A, Part B, and Part C in the Specifications for additional project details.

The work shall include but not be limited to mobilization and demobilization, public notification, traffic control, stage construction, clearing, grubbing, environmental protection, potholing, adjusting and replacing utility boxes and covers, concrete improvements (e.g., curb and gutter, sidewalk and ADA/PROWAG compliant curb ramps), removing asphalt concrete (AC) surfacing, base, and subgrade materials, subgrade preparation and compaction, grading, placing full-depth hot-mix asphalt (HMA) paving, conventional road reconstruction with aggregate base and HMA, traffic striping, markings, and markers, curb painting, and incidentals for various streets in accordance with the intent of the Project Plans and Specifications.

The work shall include mobilization, public notification, traffic control; base repairs; concrete improvements, valley gutter installation; surface reconstruct requiring milling of asphalt concrete pavement and underlying subgrade materials; pavement, regrading to adjust cross slopes for ADA compliance; HMA paving and overlay; adjusting utility covers to grade, and installing traffic striping, marking and markers in accordance with the intent of the Project Plans and Specifications.

The City of Fairfield (“City”) requests a proposal (“Proposal”) from qualified individuals or firms (“Consultant”) to provide professional assessment engineering and consulting services for the formation of two new landscaping and lighting maintenance districts (“LLMDs”), including the preparation of an Engineer’s Report and the implementation and management of a property owner ballot process (all services collectively “Project”). The City will evaluate the Proposals received in response to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) and conduct interviews, if needed, to determine the most qualified Consultant to complete the Project.

General work description: The work to be done generally consists of fold and form PVC ining approximately 235 lineal feet of approximate diameter 24” storm drain pipe (both CMP and RCP). Cleaning and grout filling voids is also required, in addition to handling stormwater bypass.

The City of Emeryville is issuing this Request for Proposal (including all attachments hereto) (“RFP”) in order to solicit Bids to furnish all necessary tools, materials, labor, and supervision (including cost of insurance and all payroll taxes on such labor) to provide the above service(s)/product(s), all as more particularly described in the applicable Exhibits mentioned below.
