Transportation Offices and Transportation Management Center (PJ 2648)
The project consists of partial demolition of existing structures and construction of a new, one-story office building approximately 3000 square feet in size. The work includes but is not limited to mobilization, stormwater pollution protection, sheeting, shoring and bracing, sewer and stormwater connections, hazardous materials abatement, new fire barrier wall construction, fire sprinkler demolition, earthwork, concrete, framing, insulation, siding, roofing, doors, windows, hardware, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, low voltage IT and access control, fiber optic, solar photovoltaic and battery storage system, sitework, landscape, fencing, and asphalt slurry seal.

A bidders’ conference will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the following location: 1455 Gasoline Alley, Concord to acquaint all prospective bidders with the Contract Documents and the Worksite. The bidders’ conference is mandatory. A bidder who fails to attend a mandatory bidders’ conference may be disqualified from bidding.
