The Project is located at 1000 Sir Francis Drake Blvd, San Anselmo, CA 94960
The Project consists of the replacement of two roofing systems:
1. Steep-Slope Roof Full System Replacement
• Additive Alternate: Resheathing
2. Low-Slope Roof Full System Replacement
Estimated Cost. The estimated based bid and additive alternate construction cost is $166,300, and liquidated damages is $600 per day.
Bidders’ Conference. A pre-bid conference will be held on site on Tuesday, May 6, at 10 AM, as described below, to acquaint all prospective bidders with the Contract Documents and the Worksite. Bidders shall meet at the project site – 1000 Sir Francis Drake Blvd, San Anselmo.
Bidders must attend the pre-bid conference in order to bid the project. The bidders’ conference is mandatory. Bidder must sign in on the pre-bid conference sign-in sheet as proof of attendance. A bidder who fails to attend the mandatory bidders’ conference may be disqualified from bidding.
