RFQ/RFP - Facilities Master Planning Services
The West Contra Costa Unified School District (“District”) is requesting proposals from qualified persons, firms, partnerships corporations, associations or professional organizations (“Firm(s)”), for master planning services (“Proposal(s)”) related to the planning and construction of additions to existing school sites and modernization/reconstruction/renovation of existing schools, District facilities and new school construction for the next ten (10) years.

Pre-Proposal Meeting. A pre-proposal Virtual Zoom meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. https://wccusd.zoom.us/j/93084075961[Meeting ID: 930 8407 5961]. Attendance at this pre-proposal meeting is highly recommended but is not mandatory. The District anticipates this meeting will last no more than one hour. Any substantive responses to questions will be made part of an addendum to this RFQ/P.
