City Facilities - Building A Roof Replacement Project (Re-Bid) Package, CIP No. ET8327

The work shall include providing a roof overlay by installing new insulation and a new membrane over the existing roof. The project also consists of replacing downspouts, installing new roof access ladders, and replacing three rooftop HVAC units in kind with the required structural reinforcement, all in accordance with the intent of the Project Plans and Specifications. All work shall be performed in accordance with the City of Davis Standard Specifications January 1996 Edition, Addenda through July 2017, General Prevailing Wage Rate, Labor Surcharge and Equipment Rental Rates, and the Contact Documents.
